Captco Terms of Service

This agreement is for Captain service aboard the vessel named above on the date(s) listed above. Captain Service rates are: $300 Half-day (up to 4 hrs). $400 Full-day (up to 8 hrs) $500 Overnight (or more than 8 hrs) Service is contingent upon a seaworthy yacht (determined by the captain's safety inspection), fair weather, and proper manning. In the unlikely event that the yacht is forced to remain in port anywhere before the final destination, Captco will bill for the days worked plus one additional full day to offset the loss of time to the captain. Captco will bill for any necessary transportation of the captain back to their point of origin at the owner's expense. Once this form is completed and submitted, we will send you an email and text message with the captain copied and their credentials attached. Our network of captains and crew are highly qualified. Due to the nature of this service, they must be covered by the yacht's insurance policy. Signature of the yacht owner or their representative on this document acknowledges that Captco coordinates staff and services as requested and processes the billing. Captco can not be held liable or responsible for the captain's actions. A copy of the captain's license will be emailed to the yacht owner. The yacht owner must forward the captain's information to their insurance company for approval and copy Captco on the email for proof of coverage. Should additional expenses occur during the trip, they will be accounted for and billed accordingly to the yacht owner/client. Cancellations: A full refund will be given with 3 days prior notice (excluding high demand periods: all US holidays and 12/24-1/1). Thank you for your business!
